For over 20 years, I've been dedicated to unlocking the potential in individuals and organizations. I've led productions from Los Angeles to New York—even on Broadway—before transitioning to the world of HR, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture. Through it all, my guiding philosophy remains simple: I’m here to make you look good. In fact, I’ll move you out of your way to make sure of it! Every project, role, and conversation is structured with YOU in mind, clearing your path to the spotlight and redefining success along the way.

Through my experience, I have learned that achieving success doesn’t come as easy for everyone, myself included. I spent many years living by the “fake it til’ you make it” mindset and I found ways to keep up with the rest of the pack. It wasn’t until my 30s when I received my own diagnosis of ADHD that I realized I was neurodivergent—and what a world that opened up for me.
That moment didn’t just provide a label or an explanation—it gave me a great awakening! I finally understood much more about my brain and why it worked the way it did. Instead of fighting it, I chose to harness it and began looking at ways in which I could level the foundation for others.
Now, I’m using my neurospicy superpowers of pattern-spotting, deep empathy, and unconventional problem-solving to help YOU uncover your blind spots, embrace your unique strengths, and move forward with the understanding and confidence of who you are made to be. If I could offer one thing to another human being, it would be to experience that same incredible clarity and transformation.
This personal insight became the catalyst for creating CAMBIAR—a movement, a mission, and a mindset shift. I’d spent years in the corporate, nonprofit, and advocacy space challenging the outdated perceptions of what success is “supposed to look like” in my full-time work. After experiencing a layoff, I knew it was time to step out and forge a path forward for the dynamic game-changers of today. As a consultant, I help leaders and teams shift from static, traditional practices to innovative, human-centered approaches that celebrate every mind. As an advocate and coach, I work with individuals so that they can experience their own great awakening, discover what fuels their hopes and aspirations, and guide them to the breakthrough of what is yet to come.
I lead with authenticity and will call it as I see it. I operate with strategic empathy and will ask you to bring me into your sphere of view. I believe that humor is essential and will strive to find laughter whenever possible. My approach is candid yet compassionate, ensuring that everyone I work with feels seen, heard, and empowered to bring their full potential to the table.
